2. Qualil Water (Less than Kurr).

28. Qualil water is the water, which does not spring forth from the earth, and its quantity is less than Kurr.

29. If Qualil water is poured on something which is Najis, of if a Najis thing contacts it, it turns to Najis. But, if such water is poured on a Najis object, only the part which contacts it will be Najis, and the water which has not reached the Najis object will be Pak (clean). Also, if water is pushed up from bottom level to top, like a spring, in case the upper part is in contact with Nejasat, the lower part is not Najis; and if the lower part is in contact with Nejasat, then the upper part is also Najis.

30. Qualil water, which is poured over a Najis object, will be Najis as it flows after the contact. Also, the Qualil water, which is poured ever a Najis thing to wash it after the original Nejasat has been removed, will be Najis according to obligatory precaution and it should be avoided.
