The third condition

Namaz should be offered in a place where there is possibility of doing obligatory acts of Namaz.

901. The ceiling of the place where one prays should not be so low, that one may not be able to stand erect, nor should the place be so small, that there may be no room for performing Ruku or Sajdah. If a person is forced to offer prayers at a place where it is not at all possible to stand, he will perform standing Ruku and Sajdah as far as possible.

902. One should not offer prayers in front of the graves of the Holy Prophet, and the holy Imams, if it entails irreverence, Namaz is void and the act is Haraam. But offering prayer in the same line with those graves is in order, although as an act of reverence it should be avoided.

903. If there is some buffer between the prayer and the graves of Masomin that entails no irreverence, it is in order; but the distance caused by the case of shrine or the cloth which is placed on it, is not sufficient.
